A person has been charged following a crash involving a school bus in Lambton Shores.

The incident occurred around 4:25 p.m. on Monday at the intersection of Lakeshore Road and Parkview Crescent. Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the scene, where it was confirmed that students were on the bus at the time of the collision. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

A 38-year-old man from Goderich has been charged with “pass – roadway not clear – overtaking traffic.”

The Lambton County OPP is reminding all motorists to slow down and remain alert, especially when approaching school buses.
