London fire crews responded to a blaze early Thursday morning at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, located on Brydges Street near Cornish Street.

The fire originated in a shed positioned against an exterior wall of the church. Once the flames were extinguished, an aerial truck was deployed to inspect the roof and walls to ensure the fire hadn’t spread further into the building.

No injuries have been reported.

An investigator has been called to the scene to determine the cause of the fire. Authorities say more information will be released as it becomes available.
